We were able to unite volunteer groups of pharmaceutical and medical business workers from Zaporizhia, Dnipro and Kropyvnytskyi.
Purpose of fundraising: aid to healthcare institutes, assistance to evacuees, medical care for injured persons and patients.

"Unia Ophthalmica" is a community of ophthalmologists and all those who in one way or another are connected with ophthalmology and vision problems.
The community was created to share current information on a drug therapy, laser and surgical treatment of ophthalmic pathology; data of the latest clinical studies and treatment protocols, recommendations of leading industry specialists.
The main activity of the community for a long time was conducting scientific and practical events of any format in close cooperation with representatives of the pharmaceutical and medical business.
During this time, more than 34 online events, 2 powerful scientific and practical conferences were held.
Among them, we can single out the "School of Glaucomatologist" master classes (in close cooperation with the Santen company), "Glaucoma NEXT" - a discussion club of ophthalmologists dedicated to the problems of glaucoma treatment, "Vision PRIME" - a series of thematic meetings on the problem of eye surface diseases .
In 2021, the First International Conference "Innovations in Ophthalmology" was held, which brought together more than 2,500 ophthalmologists from more than 27 countries. A separate direction of the community`s activity is business consulting for medical business establishments, digital marketing for the pharmaceutical business, assistance in building career expectations for young specialists, and the search for new talents for medical clinics.
Also, in 2021, the community received the official status of the NGO "Unia Ophthalmica".
With the beginning of Russia`s military aggression against Ukraine, the community got involved in charitable activities and helped to provide medical care to patients and everyone who needs it.
